Mash Central Agric Show Roars Into Life

The annual Mashonaland Central Agricultural show roared into life yesterday at Bindura showgrounds and will run until this Saturday.

Running under the theme, “Enhanced Agricultural Productivity, the driving force to economic development,” the show is hosting about 140 exhibitors amongst them government departments, agro equipment and fertilizer manufacturers, NGO’s and local authorities.

Show organising committee chairperson, Christopher Chingwaru told Nhau that only vaccinated people will be allowed into the exhibition park.

“Fully vaccinated people will be allowed into the showgrounds or those who at least got a single dose,” he said.

Kids will have room for horse rides, jumping castles and face painting while imbibers will be safely catered for at the nearby Club 263.

The police band will also provide musical entertainment.

Mr. Simon Nyanhete, AGRI Seeds Managing Director will be the guest of honor and officially open the show on Friday, October 15.

Gate charges are from RTGS$200.00 for kids and RTGS$400.00 for adults. Nhau/Indaba
