Mitchelle “Moana” Amuli’s body is set to stay in the mortuary for longer after High Court judge Justice Pisirai Kwenda reserved judgment in a case where the deceased’s mother Yolanda Kuvaoga is seeking to cancel a burial order issued to Ismael Amuli, Moana’s father.Moana’s parents have clashed over her burial, leading the mother to make an urgent application to stop the burial.Justice Kwenda told parties that his judgment was not yet ready as the application was of a rare nature since it was not common before the courts.He told parties that he will communicate through his clerk when the judgment is ready and apologised for further delays in Moana’s burial.
