ED Finally Arrives In Mutare To Launch Oxygen Plant

By Mercy Mungoriwo
President Mnangagwa just has arrived in Mutare where he is expected to commission the country’s first multi-million dollar oxygen and gas plant at Feruka.

Presidential Spokesperson, George Charamba told the nation that President Mnangagwa had landed in Mutare for the historical event through his Twitter account @Jamwanda2.

“His Excellency the President has now landed in Mutare in readiness for commissioning of an oxygen plant, the first ever in the country, including for hospitals and clinics,” he said.

The event was supposed to be held last week but was postponed after his latest Russian Antonov AN-124 helicopter failed to land due to bad weather.

The oxygen plant was established by Verify Engineering (VE) with the aid of Indian engineers and the Harare Institute of Technology (HIT). Nhau/Indaba
