Mnangagwa Appoints Martin Rushwaya To Chief Secretary


President Emmerson Mnangagwa has appointed Dr.Martin Rushwaya as the new Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet with immediate effect.

He made the announcement at State House Tuesday, during the first meeting of his Second Cabinet.

This follows the retirement of Dr. Misheck Sibanda whose service in the role spanned over two decades.

Dr. Rushwaya was his deputy responsible for administration, finance and human resources before being elevated to the new post. Nhau/Indaba
