This Saturday Harare will be lit with the country’s biggest booze and braai festival, an event that has left merrymakers longing for the day.
It is a day not to miss as Zimbabwe’s liquor giant Delta Beverages hosts its annual Castle Lager national braai day.
Running under the theme Our Beer, Our Braai and Our Friends, the country’s biggest fiesta will pit together families and friends at Harare’s Old Hararians Sports Club.
Delta spokesperson Patricia Murambinda assured revellers that it would not be a day to miss.
“It is not a day to be missed. All beers will be available at very affordable prices accompanied by a variety of fresh meat for the braai from our trusted meat supplier partners.
“Come and chill with your friends at the biggest braai in Zimbabwe, because it all comes together with a Castle,” she said.
Revellers could get ready to light up the braai stands as early as 10.30am and chill until late.
“Castle Lager is back with the long-awaited biggest braai festival in Zimbabwe this Saturday at Old Hararians Sports Club as we can finally celebrate summer and bring together our consumers, over the things they enjoy the most,” she said.
The popular annual event will showcase live music performances set to be headlined by Zim dancehall president Winky D.
‘HKD Boss’ Freeman, Enzo Ishall and Nutty O will also add their flare to the performance.
A number of the country’s finest DJs including DJ Naida, Etherton B, Made Her Believe, DJ Andile Brown and Abisha Palmer will also thrill fun lovers.
“We invite all Zimbabweans to come out in their numbers to celebrate the Castle Lager National Braai Day with us on a fun-filled day, which will boast impressive performances from the giants of our music industry and the hottest DJs in town,” Murambinda said.
According to Murambinda, general tickets will cost US$10 with an option to purchase them online before the day at www.clicknpay.africa.
