Jilted Chipadze Man Stabs Ex-Wife’s Husband

By Bindura Bureau
A 39-year-old Chipadze man is lucky to be alive after his wife’s ex-husband stabbed him several times for denying him access to the lady.

This was heard at the Bindura magistrate court Thursday where the accused Kudzai Mvula (26) appeared before magistrate Ruramai Chitumbura facing assault charges.

The State led by Getrude Mayenyoso alleged that on September 7 this year at around 4am, Mvula went to Taurai Mafuse’s house and asked him to call his wife.

Mafuse denied and that did not go down well with Mvula who then produced a pocket knife from and stabbed him four times on his right arm.

He further attacked him with an empty beer bottle.

Mvula was remanded in custody for the act and will be back at the same court on 21 September for trial. Nhau/Indaba
