Job Sikhala Bail Hearing Postponed

MDC Alliance vice chairperson Job Sikhala’s bail appeal hearing at the High Court failed to kick off Friday as the State was not yet ready.

The State told the court that it only received the Magistrates court record today and was not yet in a position to respond.

Presiding judge Justice David Foroma postponed the matter to the 26th of January.

Sikhala was incarcerated by Harare magistrate Ngoni Nduna on allegations of peddling falsehoods. He is being represented by Jeremiah Bamu, Advocate Harrison Nkomo and Paidamoyo Saurombe. Nhau/Indaba
