Harare magistrate Trynos Utahwashe has ruled November 11, 2020 as the next remand date for Criminal Investigations Department boss Commissioner Chrispen Charumbira.
Charumbira appeared before him for his routine remand at Harare Magistrates court this morning.
He is currently out on $10 000 bail with conditions not to interfere with witnesses, surrender his passport and to report once a week at the Anti-Corruption Unit at Police General Headquarters until the matter is finalised.
He is facing allegations of criminal abuse of office and attempting to defeat the course of justice using the influence of his rank. Nhau/lndaba
