Government has finally lifted the harsh Covid-19 curfew effected in March 2020 as a measure to contain the spread of the virus.
Nightclubs have been given the greenlight to operate until 3am.
Acting minister of Information, Publicity, Media and Broadcasting Services, Dr. Jenfan Muswere made the announcement during the post Cabinet media briefing Tuesday.
“Business hours for hospitality industry now extended to 8am to 3am the following day. Curfew has been lifted. All Covid-19 public health and social measures must continue to be strengthened,” he said. Nhau/Indaba
