Origins Night Club Launch
All roads lead to Mbare this Saturday for the launch of Origins Night Club (ex-Club Matute). All Ghetto youths in Harare’s oldest suburb are in for a double treat as Nhau/Indaba founding Editor Mtandazo “Elder Mta” Dube will also be hosting a birthday bash to celebrate the new look joint in style.
Guests include Madd Budies, Jaydeen Queens,Shilz,Teemney,Nsk and Trinity Family. Jah Noz will be rocking the show alongside Mbare’s finest DJs Diaspora, Kalala, Jedza, Mabhatiri, Andy, Adzo,Inno, Fresh and Malovers. MCs Maheke, Teco and Mixpower will host from 6pm till HWAHWA HWAPERA!
Baba Harare Releases “Zimbabwean Giant” Album
Jiti musician Braveman Chizvino aka Baba Harare releases his seventh album tonight at Jongwe Corner in Hatfield. Dendera king Sulamani Chimbetu, sungura musician Peter Moyo, hip hop artiste Leo Magozz, socialite Mai Titi, Progress Chipfumo, Munyaradzi Munodawafa and many others are set to perform at the launch from 6pm till late. Admission: $10

Theatre paBridge
Highfields’ disused footbridge will be a hive of activity starting today when the sixth anniversary of the Theatre paBridge roars to life. The celebs will be commemorating EDZAI ISU Trust’s late finance director Felicity Dambudzo Tawengwa.
Poetry performers, theatre, music, aerobics and dance will keep fans entertained with an expected guest artist to show up. He or she will be supported by other performing artists including Sekuru Soro, Blackbird, Ckanyiso, Simba, Chimwemwe, Talking Guitars, Zvido Zvevanhu Arts Ensemble, Yambutso Arts, Dangerous African Giants, TNG aka Khamkadzi and Body Language.
Big Bash With First Capital Bank
This Saturday contemporary music superstar, Jah Prayzah and dancehall singer Nutty O perform at First Capital Bank Sports Club in Mount Pleasant from 6am to 9pm. Free entry.
Bush Party
Party, we Party! Urban grooves super star EXQ, dancehall chanter Nutty O and Hip hop artiste Holy Ten perform this Saturday at Alex Sports Club. Admission: $10.
Seh Calaz In Byo
Zimdancehall Chanter Tawanda Mumanyi affectionately known as Seh Calaz is set to grace fans at Palace Hotel.

Passion Java Birthday Dinner
Party ethusiasts are tonight invited to attend controversial preacher and socialite Passion Java’s birthday dinner is set to be held at Rainbow Towers’ Jacaranda room tonight from 7pm till late. There will be loads of entertainment from Chillspot Records and guest star South African musician Kgaogelo Moagi (Master KG) alongside Mthokozisi Khathi aka DJ Tira. Tip, dress to kill.
