All roads lead to Kadoma in Mashonaland West province where this year’s biggest gig on the entertainment calendar is set to overwhelm the gold-rich town with vehicular and human traffic as music lovers converge to watch their favourite stars in action.

Dubbed African Explosion Concert, the Kadoma gig is being headlined by top African stars Koffi Olomide, Jah Prayzah and the duo of Mafikizolo at Odyssey Hotel.

Afro-soul sensation Tamy Moyo, dendera kingpin Suluman Chimbetu, Zim dancehall chanter Enzo Ishall, contemporary singer Andy Muridzo and Chimurenga star Kurai ‘Mukanya’ Makore, and many others have been added to the list of local performers set to grace the epic show.

Elsewhere, there are guaranteed stellar performances in various locations all weekend as follows:

Dendera Unplugged
It is a family affair at Longcheng Plaza in Harare tonight as the dendera trio of Suluman, Douglas and Tryson Chimbetu shake down Bar Rouge from 8pm till late. Admission: Cover Charge.

Fiesta Fiesta
Extroverts will have a memorable treat with a special Amapiano edition on Monday as South African rapper Lethabo Sebetso aka Focalistic is set to beam live at Fiesta Fiesta Amapiano Explosion to be held at Longcheng Plaza Park. Supporting acts include DJ Chucknosis, Raydizz, DJ Zulu among others. Admission:$10 and $30 VIP.

Killer T @ White House
This Sunday, Zim dancehall chanter Killer T and the Hot Property Band serenade fans with his latest album “Tiri Vemuma Streets” at Makuluwani Gardens supported by Andy Muridzo and the Jeetaz Band from 2pm till late. Admission: Cover Charge.

Freeman, Bazooka, Boss Pumacol In Zvishavane
Dancehall lovers in the mineral rich town of Zvishavane are in for a spin tonight as Freeman, Bazooka and Boss Pumacol showcase their talents at Caravan Park. Admission: $5

Groove Till Dawn 2
Loosen up and groove till dawn this Saturday at Milan Restaurant in Gweru. You can not afford to miss the event as Freeman, hip-hop artists Hillzy, Bling4 and Kayflow enthral reveller’s in the Midlands capital. Entrance fee: $5 and VIP: $20

Kinnah & Silent Killer In Mazowe
Zim dancehall musicians Kinnah “Mr Mbare” and Silent Killer storm Mashonaland Central Province to serenade music lovers tomorrow at Manzou Nite Club.

DJ Tira @ Club Zone
South African DJ Mthokozisi Khathi, popularly known as DJ Tira will engage with fans this Saturday alongside urban grooves singer Nox, DJ Abisha Palmer and Tyra Tee in Highfield at Machipisa Complex. General Admission:$5 and VIP:$10.

Progress Chipfumo In Mbare
Sungura musician Progress Chipfumo and the Sounds of the Motherland will take their performance to Little England in Mbare where a birthday bash for Boss MaKey is lined up from 8pm till late.

Zimbabwean rhumba King Juntal and the Afromixx Band light up Harare’s Sunningdale suburb this as they showcase their best at Miami Night Club from 8pm till late.
