Presidential Hopeful Kasukuwere Barred From Contesting 2023 Elections

Exiled former cabinet minister Saviour Kasukuwere has been barred from contesting the country’s presidential elections by the High Court.

This follows an application filed against the former Zanu PF political commissar by a ruling party activist. The High Court concurred that he stopped being a registered voter when he was outside the country for more than 18 months.
