It’s getting colder with each outing but our starved entertainers and equally famished fun lovers, entertainment-wise, are not taking any chances – with this weekend packed with events from Zim dancehall to Hip-Hop and even wine tasting.

Stanbic Wine Festival

Wine and beer enthusiasts, the craving you had to endure over the last two years will be satisfied tonight at Queen of Hearts where the annual wine tasting festival finally kicks off from 5pm till late tonight. Admission is US$45 per person or the equivalent at the current Zim Dollar rate.

On Saturday, the festival of all festivals continues at the same venue from 1pm till late at US$65 per person or the equivalent in local currency. Do not miss out and get to mix with the region’s finest vintners and sommeliers. Dress code: The Great Gatsby.

Toxic Friday With Hilzy

Let’s get toxic with Hilzy performing live tonight supported by Danny Vybz, Andile Brown, Coop, MC Mocla and Dannie Lite at Wood Pub and Grill from 7pm till late.  Don’t miss out. Admission is freeeeeee!

Zim Glow In The Dark Tour

Zimbabwe In The Dark Tour Mutare hosted by Ras Nengo Glow Sticks at Bar Code Mutare with resident DJ Styles, Cesh Man G and Starbwoy. Guest DJs Patch and QU3 will add up to the act. Fans in Harare, Bulawayo, Victoria Falls, Masvingo, Gweru, Zvishavane, Kadoma and Beitbridge have been promised a treat in coming weeks.

Chillspot 10th Anniversary @Harare Gardens

It is that time of the year when Star FM gets to appreciate artists from all genres the station helped grow. The sterling work they did during the past year will be duly rewarded. To support your artist be part of this prestigious event which will be held at Zimpapers Radio House Garden, Harare tomorrow. The event will be live-streamed on the Star FM Facebook page.

Bush Party With Emtee

Hip-Hop and rap music lovers, Alex Sports Clubs is warming up for your high numbers as Mzansi’s Hip Hop king, Emtee (Mthembeni Ndevu) dates some of Zimbabwe’s rappers at a gig dubbed the Bush Party this Saturday. Volt JT and Holy Ten will add up to the live performance from 12pm till late. Advance Tickets US$5, US$10 at the Gate and US$20 for the VVIP.

Gig Mood Saturdays

This Saturday, Ti Gonzi will perform at Old Kebab (Newlands). DJ Elyskye, MC Prophet, MC Sabzy, Criss Cross Mosty and guest Starbwoy (Glamour Sound) will give supporting acts at the uptown joint. Admission: Cover Charge from 4pm till late.

Soul & Jazz Night With Feli Nandi

Soul and Jazz lovers, tomorrow camp in Gweru, Midlands province where Feli Nandi will perform at Milan Family Restaurant. Entry is free from 4pm to 10 pm.

Sunday Service @Holly’s

This Sunday Wash Dacode and Syndicate Crew will perform live at Holly’s Hotel, down town Harare. Be there to close down the weekend curtain.
