Friday Chill-Out” With Selmor Mtukudzi
Music diva Selmor Mtukudzi will serenade fans, this Friday at the College of Music marking the launch of a series of monthly concerts to be held at the venue, dubbed “Friday Chill-out with Selmor”.

The concerts were motivated by overwhelming requests from her music fans for a regular venue where she could perform once or twice every month. This week’s show will be Selmor’s second this year, after her return from a tour in the United Kingdom.

Selmor, daughter to the late Tuku music icon and national hero, Oliver Mtukudzi promised her fans fireworks with a new setup during her performance.

“We really missed our music fans. It has been a while now. We are excited to have another chance to sing and dance with them this weekend. Fans should look out to one of our best performances, new setup, new choreography. The venue also presents the right ambience to get closer to our audiences, enjoy the music and chill-out,” she said.

The lined up concerts are part of a bigger programme that will be launched soon to celebrate the artist’s life and mark the beginning of her life at 40 in the next five months.

The show will start at 8 pm running until midnight. Fans are allowed to bring in their cooler boxes at no charge.
