MDC T spokesperson arrested for testing 18 yr old daughter for virginity

MDC T (Thokozani Khupe) Mashonaland Central spokesperson Saymore Mhene today appeared at the Bindura magistrates’ court accused of indecent assault.
Representing the State, Patience Chair alleged that sometime in 2019 at house number 4047 Chiwaridzo Bindura, Mhene around midnight sneaked into a room where his 18 year old biological daughter Mandivavarira Mhene and her two younger siblings were sleeping.
Inside, using a torch for light, he allegedly pushed Mandivavarira’s pants to one side whilst she was asleep and used his finger to test for her virginity.
Mandivavarira felt the accused’s fingers and wake up.
“She asked the accused what he was doing but, he walked away without answering her”, Chair told the court.
Mhene will be back in court on October 01 2020 after Bindura magistrate Moreblessing Makate remanded him out of custody on RTGS$500, 00
